I have been taking Atika for 3 months now and it has become a part of my morning routine. I started taking ATIKA about 90 days ago, and around the 45-day mark I began seeing really impressive results. Most notably, it has significantly improved my rosacea, honestly, it has nearly eliminated it for me. My skin also feels much more hydrated than it did before I started taking ATIKA.
