Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your delivery isn't perfect, we will make it right.
Inspect on Arrival: Please open and examine your order as soon as it arrives.
Report Within 7 Days: Email support@atikawellness.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the shipping box and affected item(s)
Replacement Only: Once we verify the damage or packing error, we'll ship a replacement of the same item at no cost to you. We do not offer monetary refunds for damaged or incorrect items.
No Unauthorized Returns: Products returned without prior approval will be discarded and will not qualify for replacement.

ATIKA stands behind the science. If you complete a full 84-day supply, taken consistently and as directed, and are not satisfied with your results, we will issue a full refund of your purchase price.
To be eligible:
- You must have purchased directly through atikawellness.com
- You must have completed a 3-jar subscription order, or three consecutive monthly deliveries
- Your refund request must be submitted within 30 days of finishing your third jar
- You must confirm that the product was taken consistently and as directed for the full 84-day period
- This must be your first guarantee redemption with ATIKA
To initiate a refund, email support@atikawellness.com with your order number and a brief note on your experience.
This guarantee does not apply to products purchased through third-party retailers, unauthorized sellers, wholesale partners, clinic accounts, resale channels, or any website other than www.atikawellness.com.
