Refund & Replacement Policy
Because supplements are ingestible and sensitive to storage conditions, all sales are final — we do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been processed.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your delivery isn’t perfect, we will make it right.
Inspect on Arrival: Please open and examine your order as soon as it arrives.
Report Within 7 Days: Email support@atikawellness.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the shipping box and affected item(s)
Replacement Only: Once we verify the damage or packing error, we’ll ship a replacement of the same item at no cost to you. We do not offer monetary refunds.
No Unauthorized Returns: Products returned without prior approval will be discarded and will not qualify for replacement.
