Our Story
I never planned to start a supplement company. My life was already full — a career on Wall Street, two young boys, and the daily logistics of being a single mom. Like so many working parents, I was juggling it all, determined not to lose myself along the way.
In my 40s, the changes in my skin became hard to ignore: fine lines deepening, elasticity fading, skin that didn’t rebound the way it used to. As a pharmacist, I wanted to support my body properly, but the supplement world felt familiar in all the wrong ways: marketing hype, half-truths, and under-dosed formulas.
So I went where I’m trained to go: the research. I immersed myself in clinical studies, looking only at what has human evidence — and at what doses. When I finally assembled a regimen I believed in, I ran into a different problem.
The pills. So many pills.
A bowl of capsules every morning became the most dreaded part of my day. Between raising children and managing a career, that daily battle to take care of myself felt unsustainable. That’s when ATIKA™ was born.
Skin aging is not driven by a single ingredient or trend. It reflects changes across systems over time: collagen structure, barrier lipids, oxidative stress and defense, and the cellular energy required for repair. That systems-based understanding is what shaped ATIKA from the beginning.
I created the product I wished existed: evidence-based, therapeutically dosed, thoughtfully formulated, and effortless to take every day. Because even the best formula fails if it doesn’t fit into real life.
I built ATIKA for myself and for anyone who refuses to settle for the status quo of under-dosed, hype-driven, capsule-heavy supplements. The brand rests on science and is guided by something deeper: quiet care for our bodies and the lives we choose to live.
