I never planned to start a supplement company. My life was already full – a career on Wall Street while raising two young boys as a single mom. Like so many working parents, I was juggling it all, determined not to lose myself along the way.

When I entered my 40s, the changes in my skin became impossible to ignore: fine lines deepening, elasticity fading, skin that no longer rebounded as it once did. I wanted to support my body properly, but diving into the supplement world left me frustrated. As a pharmacist, I recognized the all-too-familiar landscape of marketing hype, half-truths, and “pixie dust” dosing that dominated the industry.

So I turned to what I know best: research. I immersed myself in hundreds of clinical studies, cutting through the noise to discover what actually works – and at what doses. But when I finally assembled my ideal regimen, I faced an unexpected obstacle.

The pills. So many pills.

Two handfuls of capsules every morning became the most dreaded part of my day. Between raising children and managing a career, this daily battle to take care of myself felt unsustainable.

That's when ATIKATM was born.

I created the supplement company I had been searching for: scientifically grounded, transparent about research, properly dosed, and genuinely easy to incorporate into daily life. Because even the most effective formula fails if it doesn't fit into our real-world routines.

Our family’s move from Manhattan to San Diego deepened this mission. Constant sunshine taught me that nourishing and protecting skin from within is health care, not vanity.
