Cancellation Policy
We offer both one-time purchases and subscription options for your convenience.
One-Time Orders
Orders placed through one-time purchase cannot be canceled once they are processed and shipped. If you need to update your order shortly after placing it, please email us at support@atikawellness.com as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee changes after processing, we’ll do our best to help.
Subscription Orders
You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time through your customer portal.
To avoid being charged for your next shipment, please make any changes at least 24 hours before your scheduled billing date. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
