Your Collagen Supplement Isn't Working, Because It's Only Solving One of Four Problems

Walk into any pharmacy or open any wellness app and you will find hundreds of products promising better skin. Nearly all of them are organized around a single idea: collagen. Dr. Shapiro spent fifteen years on Wall Street before she spent a day in the supplement aisle. As a pharmacist, her instinct when her own skin began changing in her forties was to read the clinical research, not the marketing. The Ingredient Problem the Category Has Never Solved
