2. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling) and households, are not eligible. Void in Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possessions, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
3. Entry Period
The Giveaway begins at 12:00 AM Pacific Time on September 13, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM Pacific Time on September 13, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Giveaway.
4. How to Enter
During the Entry Period, visit the ATIKA Giveaway page and submit the entry form with a valid email address. No purchase or payment is required. Submitting your email address constitutes one (1) entry and also subscribes you to ATIKA marketing emails. You may unsubscribe at any time without affecting your entry.
Providing a phone number is optional and is not required to enter or win. Following ATIKA on Instagram is optional and is not required to enter or win; the winner is announced on Instagram, so following is simply the easiest way to see the announcement.
Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address for the entire Entry Period. Entries generated by script, macro, bot or other automated means, and entries submitted by any person other than the named entrant, are void. Incomplete or late entries are void.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a four-week supply (one jar) of ATIKA Advanced Skin Nutrition. Approximate retail value ("ARV"): $125.00 USD. Total ARV of all prizes: $125.00 USD.
The prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, express or implied, by Sponsor. No cash equivalent, substitution or transfer of the prize is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. The prize will be shipped to a valid street address within the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia. All costs and expenses not expressly listed as part of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes on the prize.
6. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
On or about September 15, 2026, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.
The potential winner will be notified by email at the address submitted with the entry, and the winner's first name and last initial will be announced on ATIKA's Instagram account. The potential winner must respond to the notification email within five (5) days of the date it is sent. If the potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond within that period, is found to be ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected in a subsequent random drawing from among the remaining eligible entries.
8. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's consent to Sponsor's use of the winner's first name and last initial and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without additional compensation, notice or approval.
9. Not Affiliated With Instagram
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Entrants understand that they are providing their information to ATIKA Inc. and not to Instagram or Meta. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Giveaway must be directed to Sponsor, not to Instagram or Meta.
10. Privacy
Information submitted with an entry is subject to ATIKA's Privacy Policy. By entering, you consent to Sponsor's collection and use of your information as described in that policy and in these Official Rules.
11. General Conditions
By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway, or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
If, for any reason, the Giveaway is not capable of running as planned, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway and select the winner from among all eligible entries received up to the time of such action.
12. Release and Limitation of Liability
By entering, each entrant releases and holds harmless Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees and agents from any and all liability for any injury, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Giveaway or acceptance, possession or use of the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, garbled, incomplete or undeliverable entries or email, or for any technical malfunction, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or delay in operation or transmission.
This prize is a dietary supplement and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Entrants should consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new dietary supplement.
13. Disputes and Governing Law
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Giveaway shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, and entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
14. Winner Announcement
The winner's first name and last initial will be posted publicly on ATIKA's Instagram account on or about September 15, 2026. Questions about the Giveaway may be directed to Sponsor at the address listed in Section 1.
