My functional doctor recommended this product for me because I put my skin through a lot. I train hard and it takes a toll on my skin. My skin is usually very sensitive to the sun and gets red and blotchy after any exposure, especially if I'm training , and I noticed a pretty significant difference in the way my skin reacts. Now I'm on jar 3, and I noticed that I can be in the sun a lot longer. While I still get a little red and blotchy, it's probably a 70% decrease. Pretty incredible.

I've been on tirzepatide since last fall and by month 3 I was losing more hair than I was comfortable with. My derm said telogen effluvium — basically my body deprioritizing hair follicles under caloric restriction. She told me to increase protein and look into collagen and biotin. I ended up with 6 separate supplements on my counter and no real confidence that any of them were working.

I'd been researching the skin and hair effects of GLP1 medications - semaglutide, tirzepatide, reta - for months before I found ATIKA. What made me try it was that the doses matched what I was seeing in the clinical studies -- the 2.5g VERISOL dose, the Ceramosides at 30mg, the AstaReal astaxanthin, etc. By week 10 the shedding had slowed noticeably. My skin - which had started looking a little deflated around my jaw and cheeks - looks more like itself. The medication changed my face, yes -- but it looks supported now rather than depleted. I also replaced several other supplements with this one. I was spending more before.

I met Lily, the founder, in the Hamptons last summer, and she told me about how she formulated it, and why. It struck me as very authentic, and I decided to give ATIKA a try. I was one of the very first customers, and I am still taking it daily; it has been about eight months now. I cannot speak highly enough about the product. This is one of those rare cases where the results are actually better than what you expect. In fact, I get comments about my skin and hair almost every week.

I have always had reactive skin, and with age I started noticing a dullness to it. I was also starting to see some crepey skin. Over these last few months I have noticed that it's becoming more vibrant, and the biggest surprise has been how it's affecting skin all over my body, not just my face. If you take collagen, then switching to this product is a no-brainer. You’re getting the Verisol peptides, which I learned about from Dr. Marie Claire Haver. But you’re also getting vitamin C which you need for collagen to work and you’re getting a ton of antioxidants and ceramides and niacinamide. it’s such a good value and such a high-quality product.

I’ve been on semaglutide since last spring. Lost 22lbs, blood sugar is under control (which I’m very happy about). But around month 2–3, my skin started feeling… off. It looked and felt thinner, like the layer underneath had changed. In certain spots it almost felt papery. When I tried to look into it, everything kept pointing back to “Ozempic face,” like it’s just fat loss. But that didn’t fully make sense to me because the texture felt different and off.

At some point I came across the idea that GLP1s don’t just reduce calories, you end up eating less of everything: protein, fats, micronutrients, etc — things that your skin depends on to function well. That made sense to me because it did feel like something underneath wasn’t being supported the same way.

I mentioned it to one of the nurses and she brought up Atika. I looked into it and liked that it was a whole system of ingredients. I tried it, and after about 6–8 weeks or so my skin started to feel more like itself again. I’m still on Ozempic, several months later, but my skin looks completely different. I feel like myself again!

I play tennis every day. Now that it's getting hot again I'm back to 2hr afternoon sessions and my skin has always paid for it. I'm the guy who turns red fast no matter how much sunscreen I put on. After a long match I'd look like a tomato and feel that burning-under-the-skin feeling for the rest of the day. My wife has been taking atika for a while and basically badgered me into trying it. I figured whatever, I'll take the scoop in the morning, probably won't do anything.

I’ve been using the product for a few weeks now, and I’m honestly impressed. It tastes surprisingly good, and it’s so much easier to stay consistent when it actually tastes enjoyable. That said, the color is nuclear orange. It looks intense, and it will definitely stain plastic bottles if you’re not careful. I reached out to the brand about it, and the owner personally wrote back (which I thought was a nicetouch). She explained that there are no artificial colors and the bright hue comes entirely from the natural antioxidants, kind of like turmeric.

Overall, I’m giving it five stars while taking one away just for the staining factor - so let’s call it a solid 4/5. Excellent product, great taste, and really thoughtful customer experience.
